Phase 5
PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTATION

Introduction – What is this phase?

This phase focuses on putting things into practice: practical planning and creating an action plan for obtaining a job or improving future job applications based on feedback received. By this stage, you will have identified your personal interests, strengths and values, and will be able to create a realistic career plan that connects your personal profile with labour market opportunities.

This phase also considers barriers that may affect career progression, making it easier to determine where additional support, training, education or development is needed.
